TYPICAL BUDGET ESTIMATES BELOW:

1.  To Serve or Respond to an Initial Notice - £80.00 + VAT

Standard Notice from either Building Owner or Adjoining Owner.

2.  Party Wall Award - Approx. Estimates for standard awards Range Between £650 to £1,000.00 + VAT

Depending on the complexity of the award and amount of detail received.

3.  Contest a dispute - Initial Assessment Fee £300.00 + VAT
